I was walking along the park when I discovered a bridge: it was a rather vast construction, with glossy, brown wood that made it seem to glimmer in the morning sunlight. Huge pink daffodils were sprinkled everywhere, some floating in the lake, in which the bridge hung over it like a curtain draped over a window - not a single ripple was visible, nor was any movement. The trees surrounding it swayed to the breeze. There seemed to be a sort of mist surrounding the area, though it sparkled rather than densened. Nobody else seemed to be able to see this, though, as they were staring at me with suspicious expressions. What was going on?

In the darkness at midnight, everyone in London was slumbering deeply in the warm night. There was one eye bright awake, it was the eye of a young boy called Jacob. He couldn’t sleep he just couldn’t, he thought that something didn’t want him to sleep. He silently raised from his bed and creeped down the stairs. Surprisingly, his house was empty. He couldn’t find anyone, but he found a small paper packet labeled “Jacob”. He picked up the packet and went outside, the town was empty. Nobody was there. Only him! He walked up the London bridge and sprinkled the pink powder over the bridge. Somehow, huge Daffodils sprouted up and began growing…
One sunny morning in south of England where the bright yellow daffodils shine and glisten near the Ribblehead Viaduct (a huge and humongous bridge) Girls in pretty pink party-dresses and boys in there casual clothes eating on a picnic table. All of a sudden the ground started to shake, it started to bounce up and down like a mad lion! Then the sky turned purple and grey. The little kids started to scream, they started to panic and actually WET THEMSELVES! There was a creature in the grass. It came up like a cannon pointing up in the sky. It was horrifying. It was horrible! How all the dirt and grass exploded exploded, then sprinkled down.
Once upon a time, there was a girl named Sally. She wasn’t a girly girl. She prefered exploring the forest, climbing the highest trees and camping in the forest. She didn’t like being in her house playing with girly toys and doing girly stuff. She would often ask her friends to go play with her in the forest, but they prefered watching girl’s cartoons and playing with girly toys. One day, Sally was exploring a new place. She used the GPS on her phone to help her navigate the way. Then, she came to a huge, pink bridge covered in Daffodils and the bridge sprinkled glitter down on the river below. She stared at it. What is this place?

One day when I was walking to school, I saw this green spiky looking thing hanging from a tree! I had no clue what that spiky thing was?! Was it a bomb? Was it a dragons egg? Was it a monster about to hatch?! What if the monster inside hatched and, took over the world! So I decided to run , when I saw another one of the spiky green eggs and also, a person sitting under the spiky green egg, eating the spiky green egg. I decided to run to him and ask him what is that?! ‘’ A delicious durian.’’ he said weirdly. ‘’ A durian?! Can I please try some?” I said. Then he replied with and “Of course, you must try it, it is delicious.’’ . A few minutes later I tried the durian and found out that you must NEVER judge a book by it’s cover because, it is delicious!
Today, something strange appeared in our village!
“What is this?” “Is this a dragon egg? Or An..Alien?” “No it’s a part of spaceship!” I also don’t know what is this, but I don’t think just talking is a good way. I asked, “What is this?” Then a man said to me “It’s a strange thing. I don't know too. I said “Let’s cut it into a half, so we can know what it is!” The man said, “What if it was a bomb? We’ll all die!” I said, “Look at this, it’s a stick! There is spikes poking! It might be a fruit! Quickly cut it in half!” Then I smelled something stinky and rancid…. What was this monstrosity? Is it a BOMB!? Is it an animal? Or is it a tiny alien ship that is in disguise and is going to rule the whole world!? I needed an explanation. I kept on staring at it hoping it would just explain itself… It didn’t. If it was a bomb then it would have wires in it, and if it was a tiny spaceship it would have a little alien that would become big again right? *agh* I’m talking to myself again. I began to come closer and closer until I reached it. Hmm I decided to cut it and what is that rotten disgusting smell?
“What on earth is that” asked the scared face of Lisa. It’s a dragon’s egg, no it’s a skunk with spikes. “Oh come on everybody,” moaned max “it clearly looks like a monster with poisoned spikes and who knows if there is a blood-curdling creature in there that's an inhabitant of another world”. “Maybe” they all laughed. “Let’s go back to our tree-house” added Lisa. Yeah, I think that’s a good idea”. They slowly rustled the leaves moving together in warmth and fearlessness as they climbed the ladder. They were blissfully unaware of what was following them...
“Rose! Where is your homework?” asked Miss Flinche.
“It’s here, Miss,” I replied, handing it over. Her beady eyes scanned it, “It’s all wrong! The instructions were so clear!” “I-I’m sorry...I didn’t understand the instructions,” Everything started to go out of focus, and Miss Flinche’s screams melted away into the background. Laughter and pointing fingers surrounded me. I could feel my face burning. I closed my eyes, hoping to refocus; when I opened them again, I was drowning in a sea of sadness, as memories flooded into my mind. The tsunami of thoughts consumed me… my head began spinning as all of my thoughts swirled into a whirlpool, then I was back in reality... |
